Healthcare Portfolio

Westport Capital Partners LLC and its affiliates have invested in a diverse portfolio of 46 senior housing assets with approximately 5,000 beds/units. The portfolio has been amassed through various structures including fee, leasehold and leased fee ownership.  In addition, Westport and its affiliates have invested in two dedicated management companies (LifeHOUSE Retirement Properties and Wellington Healthcare Services).


Acquisition Strategy

Each asset in the portfolio was purchased opportunistically or through bankruptcy, foreclosure, or receivership. All of the assets are of high quality and reside in strong senior care markets, yet required some level of recapitalization, repositioning and physical enhancement to get to stabilization.


Healthcare Partnerships

In addition to owning two captive healthcare management companies, Westport Capital Partners LLC and its affiliates are the majority owners in several active partnerships with local healthcare operators. Each of these operators are led by well respected industry veterans that have core competencies in healthcare services, construction, marketing and agency financing.
