Prior to joining Westport in 2006, Mr. Chen was an Associate in the Credit Derivatives Trading Group in Morgan Stanley’s Tokyo office for three years. His experience includes supervising trade support, modeling complex transactions and resolving settlement issues. Mr. Chen holds a B.A. in Policy Management from Keio University (Tokyo, Japan) and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. Mr. Chen is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Japanese.
