Ms. Ficano is an Office Manager based in the Connecticut office.  

Prior to joining Westport in 2006, Ms. Ficano spent 25 years with Northrop Grumman Norden Systems, working her way up to the position of Executive Assistant to the President. She also held prior positions with Keyes Fibre and General Telephone & Electronics Corporation.

Ms. Ficano has been a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) since 2005, and was instrumental in forming the Southwestern CT chapter. She served as its president for the first 4 years, program chairman for several years, and also served as chapter secretary. Ms. Ficano is a Notary Public for the State of Connecticut.
